In one of the participant workbooks that I received at the beginning of the Business Coaching with a Creative Approach training program it says, Creativity is seeing differently. Early on, I glanced at this assertion without spending much time on it. In the step-by-step approach proposed by Jocelyne Munger, I not only became consciously aware of it but also expanded it. For me, artistic creativity and entrepreneurial creativity mean thinking differently. The training I received with a dynamic group of women from different fields, each possessing a great deal of experience, gave me the chance to experience sharing, which favored reflection, observations, questioning things, and the motivation to act. The most meaningful was undoubtedly the momentum to move forward, which was jump-started by this personal and group approach. The best is yet to come for each one of us! We now possess several tools, are aware of resources, have extended our networks and know that we are supported by the Women Entrepreneurial Center of Québec to help structure and develop our businesses. In other words, to see them differently.
